Cushman said this building was built for the Russian Consulate around 1875, hence the large, rounded windows. It now appears to be a private residence. The three-flat to the north still stands, but the greystone to the south is now a midrise apartment building.

The building is now the home of the Menomenee Club for Boys and Girls, which was holding a Halloween costume party the day of my visit.
