Stories of Jewish Chicago: In the Kitchen, What's Old is New @ Spertus Institute
Head to Spertus Institute of Jewish Studies (610 S. Michigan) tonight at 6:30pm for "Stories of Jewish Chicago--In the Kitchen, What's Old is New." Chef Laura Frankel of Spertus Kosher Catering will take early 20th century cookbooks and give them a modern update. Admission ($18, $15 for Spertus members) includes recipe cards.
