Additional Details

This building is the rear of two structures on the property and was recently made visible by the demolition crew removing stairway access to the second floor.

The parcel was recently listed for sale with a new construction residence for $1.5 million, but the associated photographs are for an unbuilt model. No reference is made to the current structures.

The only 311 requests made on the property were made simultaneously on August 21, 2012 for rodent bating and parkway tree trimming.
