Undershorts Film Festival
Looking for a film festival that's not just a film festival? Looking for "a cabaret type atmosphere filled with musical acts, performance art, dance, puppetry, clowns...where gypsy palm readers can mingle with video mixers, film noir actors can meet cinematographers, capoeira dancers with naked tuba players"? (Who isn't?) The sixth annual
Undershorts Film Festival hits the Congress Theater, 2135 N. Milwaukee, on Friday, July 26 at 7pm. As their site says, "the festival is a Dionysian synthesis of art and expression."
