Opera @ Chicago Cultural Center

Yes, believe it or not, there's something else to do today besides watch the Super Bowl. Down at the Chicago Cultural Center, they're offering a program of opera as part of their program of Chicago Winter Delights. At 1:00 PM, there will be a Student Opera Showcase, featuring music students from DePaul, Northwestern and Roosevelt U. At 3:00 PM, the Classical Symphony Orchestra performs in the Center's Preston Bradley Hall, playing selections by Mozart, Gershwin and Rachmaninoff.
