Forced Entertainment, the acclaimed UK performance group, makes its Chicago debut this week at the Museum of Contemporary Art. They are performing a seres of shows including "First Night" on February 5, 6, and 8 at 7:30 pm and "And on the Thousandth Night..." on Saturday, Feb. 7 at 9pm. José Mercé, one of Spain's most popular flamenco singers, will be performing at the Park West tonight at 7:00. Mercé's debut performance in Chicago is part of the monthlong "Flamenco 2004" series presented by the Instituto Cervantes, a Chicago institution created for the promotion and teaching of the Spanish Language.
