Suicide Girls Burlesque

The naughty girls at Suicide Girls, the popular porn site, have launched a burlesque tour, and tonight they land at the Metro, 3730 N. Clark, with the bands Threefold and Bloom in tow. Six frenetic films @ Siskel Film Center

From the School of the Art Institute's film collection, student Zachary Hall has selected six films to overload the senses. Sensory Overload: Six Frenetic Films is a collection of shorts from 1968 to 1993, from directors in Austria, USA, and Japan, and is guaranteed to fry your eyeballs (or at least jiggle them around a lot). DJ Spooky and Eliot Lipp at the Empty Bottle

Illbient producer and turntablist DJ Spooky is playing at the Empty Bottle in support of two new albums.
