Barrel of Monkeys benefit

Monkeys + karaoke = Monkey-o-kee, a benefit for Barrel of Monkeys! BOM is a group of actors and educators who bring the wonderful world of theater to Chicago's under-resourced public schools. Their weekly show, "That's Weird, Grandma" (performances of plays written by the kids they teach), has been running for three years at The Neo-Futurarium. What will you get at Monkey-o-kee? A buffet; all-you-can-drink beer, wine and soda; original songs written by kids and performed by crazy adults; and "a whole lot of monkeys." At Duffy’s Tavern & Grill, 420 W. Diversey, 8pm to 11pm. "Flanagan's Wake" 10th Anniv. Celebration
