Zee Heritage India Festival

This year's Chicago Zee Heritage India Festival will be held May 29-30 at Soldier Field. Events include live dance performances, South Indian food, a live Antakshari competition, and many children's activities including kite making, face painting, and a cricket challenge! Tree-friendly treehouses @ Morton Arboretum

The Morton Arboretum presents "InTREEguing Treehouses," an exhibit of a dozen treehouses that are designed to not damage the trees in the arboretum. The designs were selected from a competition held earlier in the year, and include architects, landscapers and sculptors. The treehouses will be on display from today through September 26th. Braid/Minus the Bear @ Metro
