Third Coast Listening Room with Rick Moody @ Steppenwolf

The Third Coast Audio Festival Listening Room brings Rick Moody to the Steppenwolf Theater tonight. Moody, radio contributor and author of such works as The Ice Storm, and Garden State, will talk about the similarities and differences between writing stories and producing audio, and about how the act of listening influences his print work. Excerpts of Moody's audio works will be presented, along with other provocative radio stories. The discussion will be followed by a light reception. Tickets are $8 for Chicago Public Radio members, and $10 general admission. Tickets cannot be purchased at Steppenwolf, but must be purchased through the WBEZ website.
