Local Author Night @ Book Cellar

Eames Film Festival @ DWR Evanston

Design Within Reach is showing a set of short films by Charles and Ray Eames at select studios across the country, and tonight the festival stops in for a second round at the Evanston studio, 1710 Sherman Ave., from 7 to 9pm. Seven Eames films will be screened, ranging from 1 to 30 minutes in length, as well as Do You See Me, a short film made in conjunction with the Alley Gallery and Alessandro De Cristofaro that was shot in Evanston. Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind @ SAIC Ballroom
