IG Culture @ Lava Lounge

West London don IG Culture drops in on the Windy City for a set the way only IG can do it. Filled with broken-beat gems and classics, a heavy does of boogie and whatever else he might throw down (house, afro-beat, hip-hop) all wrapped up with the unmistakable style of IG serving as MC/D -- like that of his native Jamaica, drenched in delay and reverb. Joining him on the decks are Deeper Soul Recordings resident DJ’s Josh Deep & Dom Ritmo. At the Lava Lounge, 270 N. Milwaukee Ave. (773) 342-5282. 9:00 PM - 2:00 AM.
