Movies in the Park: Over The Hedge

The Chicago Park District presents Movies in the Park, a summer-long screening of classic and contemporary films in Chicago parks. Tonight you can see the kids' film Over The Hedge at Midway Plaisance Park (1130 Midway Plaisance North). The screening starts tonight at dusk, and is free and open to the public. Theater on the Lake: Gorey Stories

The Chicago Park District presents Theater on the Lake, a summer-long revival of great theatrical productions from the last year or so. This week's production: Gorey Stories: A Musical Entertainment by Blindfaith Theatre The show plays at the Theater on the Lake theater (Fullerton Avenue at Lake Michigan) Wednesday through Sunday at 7:30 PM (6:30 PM Sunday nights). Join Feel Tank Chicago (The group producing the amazing series of events and exhibits at Gallery 400 over the last month) for their 4th of July parade.
