It Came From The Neo-Futurarium: Coyote Ugly

The Neo-Futurists wind up their seventh annual "film fest" of staged readings of the worst films ever! Tonight's film is the last one, and it's a good one: Coyote Ugly, with girls gone wild on bars! Show & Tell: An Evening of New Ideas @ IIT Institute of Design

The IIT Institute of Design invites you to attend the premiere of Show & Tell, an exposition reviewing such socially and environmentally significant topics as sustainability, global mapping, and bling. Kevin Coval's Everyday People @ Victory Gardens Biograph Theater

HBO Def Poet Kevin Coval performs with teen poets from Louder Than a Bomb: The Chicago Teen Poetry Festival, in celebration of his debut book of poems entitled Everyday People. Coval's performance, part of Victory Gardens' Fresh Squeezed series, also runs on Friday, August 1.
