Lincoln Square celebrates its Deutch roots with the annual German American Festival this weekend. Centered on Lincoln and Leland, next to the Western Brown Line stop, drink steins of beer and eat sausages, sauerkraut and potatos while listening to traditional German music. Free, 21 and over to drink. Runs today from noon to 10pm.
The Chicagoland Bicycle Federation's Boulevard Lakefront Tour is a great opportunity to see some of the city's neighborhoods and get some quality time with your bike. Tours of 15, 35 or 62 miles are available today, followed by a post-ride festival on the Midway Plaisance in Hyde Park.

The first annual Chicago Luxury Chocolate Salon will offer tastings, demonstrations, and presentations by chefs and authors. Ghirardelli, Guittard and Coco Delice Fine Chocolates are just a few of the famous chocolatiers who will be participating. The event runs from 11 am to 5 pm and takes place in the Grainger Ballroom at Symphony Center, 220 S.
