Flosstradamus' Oldies Night @ The Burlington

Flosstradamus & Friends put the "juke" back in jukebox at this evening's Oldies Night at The Burlington, 3425 W. Fullerton Ave. This FREE monthly event features a rag-tag collective of local DJs spinning Motown hits and rock-n-roll classics from the 50s and 60s. The fun starts at 8pm. 21+

World Kitchen: In the Apple Orchard @ Gallery 37

Tonight's class (6pm-8:30pm) will teach you how to make some fine dishes from apples--yum-o. "In the Apple Orchard" is offered as part of the World Kitchen learning series offered by the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs, and will be held at the Gallery 37 Center for the Arts, 66 E. Randolph Street. Admission is $30 and preregistration is required. Please wear non-skid shoes and bring your apron!

If All Goes Wrong Screening @ City North 14

If All Goes Wrong, a documentary following The Smashing Pumpkins during their first American tour dates in seven years, is screening at theaters across the nation for one night only. Catch the doc tonight at Kerasotes City North 14, 2600 N. Western Ave, to see interviews with the band, fans, and journalists, along with performances of classics, rarities and seven new songs in the band's first feature-length film.
