Pearl Jam @ United Center

Pearl Jam rolls into the United Center for two Chicago shows this weekend (both on school nights, so rest up). Tickets are $66. Show starts at 7:30pm. More on their latest efforts in Transmission.

Pearl Fest 2009 - Celebrating 15 Years of Urban Innovation

26th Annual Ukrainian Festival

This weekend, come check out the Ukrainian Festival in... that's right, folks, Ukrainian Village. The festival takes place from 12pm - 10pm both Saturday and today in Smith Park at 2526 W. Grand Ave.

Come check out great clothing, accessories and housewares from vintage dealers Max & Chloe, Renovar, Lily and Gerdie and Style 4 Food at Heaven Gallery, 1550 N. Milwaukee Ave. 2nd floor, today from 1 to 6pm.

Pig Roast/Sox Game @ Reggie's

Reggie's party bus will bring you to the 1pm White Sox/Orioles game for free on Sunday - it departs at around 12:30pm. For $20, you can score a ticket to the game, a Sox foam visor (free visor day!), a bus ride back to the bar, and admission to the pig roast. That's right, Reggie's is roasting a pig. The pig roast will feature live music from Sam Sliva & the Good, Mad Bread, Grace Askew (Tennessee), and Mississippi Gabe Carter. You can partake in all-you-can-eat sloppy joes for $5, along with $3 drafts of Guinness and Smithwick's on draft, $13 Buckets of Miller Lite & High Life, $2 Busch tall boys, and $1.50 Blatz/Hamm's/Old Milwaukee/Stroh's cans.
