Facets Cinematheque continues its Facets Night School series tonight with a screening of David Lynch's Mulholland Drive, accompanied by a lecture/discussion by Facets' own Lauren Whalen. Tonight is 826CHI's annual prom fundraiser. This year's theme is Keep Promme and Carry On. The dress is second-hand formal and/or dress as a person, landmark or theme from England. Tickets include open beer bar, snacks, performance by Rod Stewart impersonator Steve Bobbitt (wow, he's a dead ringer), silent auction, music and dancing. Must be 21+, tickets are $40 in advance, $50 at the door. All proceeds go to 826CHI, which tutors students aged 6 to 18 in creative and expository writing skills. The 7th annual Winter Wingding benefiting the Leukemia Research Foundation is tonight at Martyrs', 3855 N. Lincoln Ave., featuring performances by 8 Inch Betsy, The Locals, The Polkaholics, The Commodes, Deep End and the Pat DiNizio Band. Doors open at 7pm. The Chicago Flower & Garden Show runs March 5-13 at Navy Pier. Check out landscaping displays and tabletop arrangements, learn about new products and techniques, and enjoy a bit of greenery in still-dreary March. Hours are 10am to 8pm Monday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm Sunday. Tickets are $15 weekdays, $17 weekends for adults, $5 for kids all the time. Monday through Thursday, there's a $13 after work special from 4 to 8pm.
