Never Been to Paris @ CCPA

Sean Flannery's one-man show, Never Been to Paris, follows up a sold-out run last fall with a second run this spring at the Chicago Center for Performing Arts, 777 N. Bike Winter Art Show @ Chicago Urban Art Society

Celebrate cycling with the opening of this gallery show featuring bike-themed work by more than 50 artists. The Chicago Urban Art Society at 2229 S. Grant Achatz and Nick Kokonas book signing at Kendall College

Founders of Alinea and all-around culinary superstars, Grant Achatz and Nick Kokonas, will be on hand at Kendall College for a signing of their book, Life, On the Line: A Chef's Story of Chasing Greatness, Facing Death, and Redefining the Way We Eat, starting at 2pm today. Chicago Flower & Garden Show

The Chicago Flower & Garden Show runs March 5-13 at Navy Pier. Check out landscaping displays and tabletop arrangements, learn about new products and techniques, and enjoy a bit of greenery in still-dreary March. Hours are 10am to 8pm Monday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm Sunday. Tickets are $15 weekdays, $17 weekends for adults, $5 for kids all the time.
