Pig Roast @ Cantina 46
Cantina 46, 46 E. Superior St., hosts a New Year's Day pig roast from 11am to 4pm. Enjoy conchita pibil prepared in a Cuban Caja box by guest chef Troy Graves, along with traditional accompaniments, for $15 per person. New Year's Day 5K
The 27th Annual New Year's Day 5K Run/Walk takes off in Lincoln Park at Stockton Dr. and LaSalle St. at 11am today. Registration is $30 for either the 5K Chip-timed Run, 5K Fun Run, or 5K Walk. Runners interested in the Chip-timed Run must have registered before the race day.
