Tonight at 6pm at the Chicago Theatre, 175 N. State St., the Chicago Architecture Foundation hosts a debate on the design of a potential Chicago casino that Senate Bill 744 would allow at its event Beating the Odds. Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle and the former mayor of Milwaukee, John Norquist, join a panel of city political and design figures. The debate is open free to the public, but space is limited and registration is required.
