The Hideout presents a special "bike-in" screening of the 1964 film The T.A.M.I. Show, featuring performances by James Brown, The Rolling Stones, Marvin Gaye, Jan and Dean, and many more. This Sunday, forget brunch. Skip the farmers' market. Ride out your weekend watching bruises form with the Windy City Rollers. Their Ivy Cup Playoffs take place today, Sunday May 13th from 2pm to 6pm at the UIC Pavilion (525 S Racine). The first bout begins at 3pm, the second at 4:30pm. Tickets for general admission cost $20 (children under 7 are admitted for free) and VIP access is $35 (patrons must be 18+). Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster and more information about the bouts and the league can be found on the Windy City Rollers website.
The Chicago labor history bike tour today will visit important labor history sites in Chicago, including the Cherry Mine Disaster memorial, the Republic Factory, Haymarket Square and the Hull House, ending at the
Haymarket Monument in Forest Home Cemetery, 863 Des Plaines Ave. in Forest Park. Meet up before noon at the Knockbox Cafe, 1001 N. California Ave; the ride will start at noon from the corner of California and Division. The tour should end by 4pm. Free and intended for all levels of riders.

The People's Summit is a two-day forum for "community groups, labor unions, anti-racist organizers, Occupy activists, environmentalists, faith leaders, immigrant rights activists and anyone else committed to social justice," taking place at Occupy Chicago Headquarters, 500 W. Cermak Rd., from 9am to 9pm May 12-13. Attendance is free, but donations are encouraged. Full schedule here.
