Chicago Blues Festival

Blues Fest is back in Grant Park for its 30th year as one of Chicago's most popular music festivals. Watch blues legends, including Otis Clay, perform on five stages throughout four days. Event runs 6:30pm-9pm. Free admission.

The Sights of Never @ Silo Art Space

Silo Art Space, 5110 W. Irving Park Rd., presents artist and director Joey Garfield's The Sights of Never, a screening of rarities, b-sides and other oddities from his film archives. Come see some rarely seen footage of Style Wars, The Barnstormers Collective, Garfield's film Headrush and more, and browse Garfield's current art exhibit, "The Sounds of Never," curated by Erik DeBat. The event runs from 7 to 10pm. Free.

Story Club Four Year Anniversary @ Holiday Club

Come to the Holiday Club, 4000 N. Sheridan Ave., tonight for the four year anniversary of Story Club. The theme this month is "vice," and features readings by comedian Mary Lorenz, and writer/performer Lauren Sivak. In addition there are open mic slots for storytelling hopefuls. Open mic signup begins at 7:30pm, show begins at 7:45pm. Free, 21+

Pivot Arts Festival

Pivot Arts presents their inaugural Multi-Arts Festival starting tonight and running through June 22. Taking place in multiple venues in Edgewater and Uptown, the festival brings together many different performing groups, from the Neo-Futurists to Theater Oobleck to RE | Dance Group and many others. Chicago Women's Funny Festival

Chicago's second annual Women's Funny Festival, June 6-9, is honoring female comedians with a four-day event that features Chicago's own Alexandra Tsarpalas, Second City faculty member Angie McMahon and other comics from around the nation. Shows start tonight at 8pm at Stage 773, 1225 W. Belmont Ave. Tickets are $15 and one-day passes are $35.
