Elizabeth Gilbert, author of Eat, Pray, Love and Committed, will discuss her new novel, The Signature of All Things, as part of the Trib Nation Events' Printers Row series. The event takes place on Wednesday, October 30, at 7pm at the Grand/State ballroom of the Palmer House Hilton (17 E. Monroe St.). More than 30 storytellers have come together for this three-week Festival of Storytelling at the Side Project Theatre (1439 W. Jarvis Ave.) First-time and experienced tellers will weave together stories of connecting, or not, with strangers. This week's headlining teller is Amy Sumpter. The festival runs Sundays through Wednesdays through November 6. Show begins at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $15.
