I've been to Carlos' and really enjoyed their classic bistro French food. Since its kinda pricey, I love to go on Mondays when they allow BYOB. Best kept wine-o secret in the city. They totally break out the nice Riedel and decanters and everything and most of the Monday regulars are happy to share tastes from their cellar.

I have been to Jean-Robert at Pigall's in Cincinnati. Wondeful food. Amazing service. Fantastic wine. I was really impressed.
