This should be an incredible meal. Pretty good deal for $79 including the wines.
I had a great dinner at Copperblue a couple of months ago. The space is very comfortable, the art is beautiful, and Chef Tsonton is an excellent host. Most importantly, the food and wine are delicious. Very memorable.
