Cool Concepts: The Halo Toaster Wrap
Let's face it -- flying cars are probably a long way off. Sure there are prototypes floating around (no pun intended), but those things look about as safe as early Soviet rocket ships. The fact is, we're nowhere near where Back to the Future 2 envisioned we would be. But that's OK. Instead of flying cars, other sleek-looking, saliva-inducing gadget concepts pop-up every day. Case and point: the Halo Toaster Wrap.
From Walyou:
You simply lay the Halo out on a flat surface. Place a piece of bread on the modernized heating element and fold the toaster over. Just like you would fold a piece of paper in half. Press the white button to switch it on.
As the bread heats, the Wrap actually changes color to indicate its level of doneness. When you're finished with it, dust off the crumbs, roll it up like a newspaper and toss it in a cabinet.
OK, not a bad start. But we're still going to need hoverboards. This doesn't excuse that. [Walyou]
