Ham it Up
As I looked at the small army of leftovers sitting on the counter--a half-full platter of scalloped potatoes, a bowl of brussel sprouts so infused with parmesan and garlic that I would have thought it was tortellini if fed it while blindfolded--I looked at the ham.
