Keepin' it Kosher
The Chicago Rabbinical Council hosts a two-part event this Sunday on the more exotic side of Kosher foods, with a morning lecture on the Kosher process, and an evening meal of prepared delicacies of elk, quail, red deer, blue marlin, pacific hamachi, tambaqui, and much, much more.
