Frog Legs Anyone?
Logan Square newbie wine bar Telegraph has an ambitious summer menu for its debut month. One example - frog legs. Lightly dressed with butter, lemon, cinnamon and smoked paprika served on top of a dilled creme fraiche. Former Avec Chef John Anderes will launch a whole new menu in approximately another month that will lean heavily toward Sicily and Greece, and then Austria and Northern Italy as the weather cools.
