A Proper Irish Pub Crawl + Giveaway
CitySwarm is hosting an early, but properly Irish pub crawl on Thursday, March 15th. Forget the green-dyed miller light and drunkards decked in awkward eyeware, this ethnically-correct pub crawl begins at 6:30 at at Brehon's Pub with an Irish buffet spread: spinach artichoke dip, corned beef sandwiches, cabbage, pickles and salad plus, a Killians Red to wash it down. Then you'll hop on a trolley, clinking more Killians all the way to the Fifth Province, an authentic Irish Pub located in the Irish American Heritage Center. There, you'll hear a jam session hosted by the Irish Music School of Chicago, more Killians, you get the idea. The night carries on with pipebands, Killians, Irish desserts, more Killians... Regular tickets cost $52 and are on sale now, but Gapers Block is giving away two free tickets to one lucky reader.
