Taste of Tennessee: A Family Dinner You Should Have

BarnCo.jpgOver at Barn & Company, pitmaster Gary Wiviott has been churning out seriously delicious barbeque for the past year and earlier this summer, he started a monthly Pitmaster Dinner series. I was invited to attend last month's Low Country Texas-themed evening, but to boast about it, as it was a one time meal, just doesn't seem fair. Instead we're sharing with you the menu for next Wednesday's Taste of Tennessee.

At $40 per person, this rings in at the deal of the month. We left our evening completely stuffed to the brim, and with take out containers that fed us for two lunches and a dinner. This is one of the rare gems where eating family style with the strangers makes perfect sense. Plus, considering the sugary libations and buckets of beer on the table throughout the meal, those strangers don't stay strangers for long.

Taste of Tennessee Menu
