I'm thankful for an amazing team of people working on Gapers Block, and for a loving and supportive partner in life.
I am thankful for those around me who have been there during a very difficult year.
My husband, and the good health of loved ones.
I'm thankful for my husband and that my family is healthy. I'm thankful my husband got a severance package when his work closed. I am thankful for FMLA cuz I have a job to return to after my shorter than planned maternity leave.
Hate to go with the cliche, but if I'm going to be really honest, I am most thankful I [still] am employed.
I'm thankful for my coworker. He's always super, super nice. I can sometimes be a real crab, but he's always nice. It's a rare quality.
I'm also thankful for the 2 1/2 year old that was more than willing to share some of his bacon with me.
I'm thankful for all my friends. I know some really awesome people.
I'm thankful that my family is the way it is. They're just unusual enough to be interesting, but not so much that anyone's had to call the cops or outright shun anyone. And we all like cats.
Thankful to be alive.
I too am thankful for having found a new job recently. Times are tough, I really got lucky. I am also thankful for my awesome special lady friend.
I am grateful for my amazing boyfriend of a year, my friends and family, my job, and my newly found sobriety that will help to ensure I can be grateful for these same things next year.
I'm thankful for a wonderful group of family and friends who are always there to support, guide, humble, entertain, and love me. I am beyond lucky and blessed in that regard.
I'm thankful for my loving fiancé, the best guy in the whole world.
I'm thankful for my health back after six weeks of fever ... and I'm also thankful my car only got a scratch when I hit the jersey barrier on LSD's curve the other day.
My girlfriend, my parents, my friends, my sister, my health, my experiences. I'm very lucky. My girlfriend is adventurous, smart, beautiful and so laid back -- and puts up with and tempers me. My parents are young and supportive. My sister is very sweet and is also my friend. My friends are supportive, generous and a hell of a lot of fun to be around. I know people who have been victims of crime and illness. I know people with rotten families. I know that nothing is certain, every day is just a gift and that life isn't fair. That's why I'm thankful -- and it's why Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday.
