Any site with stingy RSS feeds is dead to me.
Better than it was, though there's a big formatting problem with the "inside" pages - the left sidebar is too wide, which knocks the main stories way down the page, so far that I had to scroll past several pages of blank screen before finding them.
Is it just me, or does it look like the SunTimes website?
I agree it's better than it was, although that's not saying much.
As it is, there's no way I'm going to look much further down the front page than the first screen -- it's a mess down there.
I do agree that it's better than before... but I can't get over how huge the type is in those section header-bars. And I can't wrap my head around why the "breaking news" ticker is hidden below the main story. Breaking news is, well, breaking, and should be a main focus.
It's a mess. Four nav bars with over 35 text links before you even get past the masthead?
Some vertical grid work is needed - column content creates big honking blocks of whitespace (or maybe that's just ad space they can't sell).

I think it is very pedestrian and exceptionally hard to read.
