What's In The Budget?

Mayor Daley released his 2011 preliminary city budget earlier this week and it's been creating quite a stir but how many of us have actually read the document? Here's your chance! Below is the actual budget. Sift through it dear readers and tell us in the comments what sticks out to you.

Actually, the link in the post is to the Preliminary Budget that is released in July.
The budget the Mayor proposes in October is much more detailed and is made up of three primary documents: the Budget Overview and Revenue Estimates, the Program and Budget Summary, and the Budget Recommendations, all of which can be found at the following link
