Maybe you've been thinking about taking an art class but are afraid you'll be surrounded by "real" artists who will intimidate you. Amy and Jen, two women with masters degrees in art and experience dealing with everyone from toddlers to Alzheimer's patients, joined forces to open Amajen Art Center on Chicago's north side. They offer classes for toddlers, kids, and adults. If you can't commit to six weeks of classes they'll let you you drop in for a session and they also have some great one day workshops.
