Rather than let the former Hi-Fi Records space lie fallow, the Metro has decided to cash in on its own brand. The shop will reopen on September 1st as the Official Metro Store, a source for tickets, logo merchandise and sundries. Which is all well and good, but more appealing is that plans also include listening stations, exclusive in-stores and meet & greets.
