Can you imagine what blogs would have been like if zines had never existed? I can't. So imagine young women in Cambodia who are just starting to find their voices. Local writer, activist, mover-and-shaker-upper Anne Elizabeth Moore has been working with these young women and helping them find their voices with zines. She documented her time with 32 women in the only college dormitory in the country and had artfully bound their collected work named New Girl Law.
