Lawn Bowling

Any Saturday or Sunday afternoon at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. or Thursdays at 11 a.m. is an opportune time to learn the art of lawn bowling. Games and lessons of the Lakeside Lawn Bowling Club take place in Jackson Park near the corner of Lake Shore Drive and 58th St. To join, call 684-9799 or simply show up ready to play.

Backdoor Basics

Early to Bed, Chicago's first woman-owned sex shop, presents "Backdoor Basics: An Introduction to Anal Sex." The workshop will cover techniques, safety tips and sex toy use. They'll also "dispel some of the most common myths about anal sex and show how it can be a fun part of your sex life!"
