Steinski @ Smart Bar.

With a career that spans 20 years and a modest yet highly influential catalog, Steinski is one of the most highly regarded remixers and DJs in the music industry. Half of his work has never been officially released due to copyright considerations, and that just makes his stuff all the more cool. Inexplicably, he's coming to town, and he'll be at Smart Bar tonight at 10 PM. If you want a lesson from the old school, be here tonight. Smart Bar: 3730 N. Clark. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster, or at the Metro box office.
