The Yes! Yes! Valentine's Day Show
Explore the journey of falling in love -- the highs, the risks and the dangers of throwing yourself into something new. Big Theater presents The Yes! Yes! Valentine's Day Show at Swim Cafe, a daunting endeavor for those involved as the show will be created a mere 24 hours before it opens. Keeping the creation process fast-paced and unpredictable helps capture the volatile feelings that encompass love. Off-Loop Theater Sampler Tour

Redglaer [sic] @ Enemy, Wicker Park
Los Angeles experimental music staple Bob Bellerue brings his lo-fi drone project Redglaer to Wicker Park's Enemy space Saturday (1550 N. Milwaukee Ave, 9 p.m., $5 suggested donation). Bellerue is best known for projects Halfnormal and Feed The Dragon. Redglaer's sound is immersive and meticulous, "Ions seduced by sunspots." Three Chicago-based experimental/noise acts will fill out the night: Shattered Hymen, Jason Soliday, and Burrow, an ad hoc pairing of Vertonen and Is.
