Joakim @ Empty Bottle

With his name popping onto releases by so many bands in the latest dance-punk crop, it's almost hard to remember that Joakim (no, not Noah) performs his own music, too. The French electronica musician visits Chicago in support of the Monsters & Silly Songs album. For sound clips, visit his MySpace. For more information on the show, visit the Empty Bottle.

Fetor and others at Darkroom

Fetor hasn't played a show in 5 months. His band mates kill as hard as him and together their sound is tight and abrasively perfect. Show time is 8 p.m. The Darkroom is located at 2210 W. Chicago Ave.
