Saveur Celebrates Chicago @ the Chopping Block

Opening: Rare Books @ Field Museum

The Field Museum's new T. Kimball and Nancy N. Brooker Gallery, on the second floor, isn't too large, at 625 square feet, but it's big enough to show 40 selections from the museum's collection of rare manuscripts, art, letters, and other paper-based objects.
