Brides Against Breast Cancer Benefit @ white Chicago
Bridal consignment boutique white Chicago will hold it’s second annual wedding dress drive on March 3rd from noon until 6 p.m. Gowns, slips, and veils that are less than seven years old will be collected at their 22 W Huron Street location and donated to the Brides Against Breast Cancer gown sale (which will run from March 6th until the 8th at the Wyndham Hotel Chicago). Louder Than a Bomb Poetry Semifinals @ MCA
The Museum of Contemporary Art hosts the semifinal rounds of the teen poetry slam competition at 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm. This is the largest team-oriented teen poetry slam in the nation. Tickets are a suggested $5 donation at the door. 220 E. Chicago Ave. 312-280-2660.
