Wander over to Millennium Park's Pritzker Pavilion between 12:15 and 1:30 pm to hear the latest in the musical event collaboration between Pitchfork and the Department of Cultural Affairs. This afternoon The Hideout helps present local instrumental post-rock band Tortoise. Free.
Garfield Park's Julius Caesar is hosting this exhibition in collaboration with the Morrison-Shearer Foundation of Northbrook. Five films show dancer Sybil Shearer in rare and never-before-seen sequences, demonstrating her significance as both a contained and unbounded modern dancer.
