Mortified, the comic stage show where brave adults read their angst-ridden adolescent journals in front of a live audience, comes to the Beat Kitchen, 2100 W. Belmont, tonight at 7pm. Featuring the Blue Ribbon Glee Club. Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door. 21 and older.

TNK @ Schubas

Tomorrow Never Knows concludes tonight at Schubas. TNK is a music festival featuring up-and-coming indie artists. Tonight's bands are: Bishop Allen, The Donkeys, Tulsa, Vacations, Burlington Night DJs with Nixon, and Ed Menacho. Show starts at 9pm. 18 & up. Tickets are $15 ($55 for a 5-day pass) (5-day passes have sold out). Paul Green's School of Rock also play at 2pm (Tickets are $10, $12 at the door). 3159 N. Southport.

Forkable Inauguration Bash

Are dinner clubs the new restaurants? Chicago Sketch Comedy Festival

The eighth annual Chicago Sketchfest ends its run at the Theatre Building Chicago, 1225 W. Belmont Ave., today. Tickets are $12.50, and an all-festival pass will set you back $150. See tonight's schedule here.
