Chicago Arts District 2nd Fridays

Every second Friday of the month the more than 100 artists and 35 galleries of the Chicago Arts District (formerly known as Pilsen East) open their doors to the public to showcase work from Chicago and beyond. Many of the Pilsen neighborhood galleries are artist-owned, so Gallery Night is an excellent opportunity to get information about the works from their source. The reception takes places from 6-10pm and the event is free. Maps and information available at 1821 S. Halsted on the night of the event. Call (312) 377-4444 or visit the Chicago Arts District website for more information.
