Iron Cupcake Chicago Challenge
The folks at Beautiful Cakes have issued Chicagoans a challenge - come up with the best citrus flavored cupcake! The Iron Cupcake Chicago Challenge will be held at Veranda Greek American Taverna tonight at 6pm. She-e Wu and CCM @ Cultural Center
Called "a marimba virtuoso," She-e Wu gives solo performances worldwide and recently joined the faculty of Northwestern University's Bienen School of Music. Wu will join the Grammy-nominated Chicago Chamber Musicians for a free concert featuring Douglas Hill's A Set of Songs and Dances (2006) and Alec Wilder's Suite for Horn and Improvisatory Percussion today.
