Head-Fi CanJam 2010 @ Hyatt Regency O'Hare

Head-Fi's CanJam brings together some of the largest and most well-respected headphone manufacturers and experts the world has to offer. Devoted to fostering the world of high-fidelity audio in the digital music era, today's event at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare (9300 Bryn Mawr Ave) will feature high-performance manufacturers and demos from the likes of Phiaton Audio and Chicago's own Shure and Etymotic Research. Audiophiles and headphone enthusiasts should visit the site's forum for details. Sunday's event runs from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Show 'n Tell Show

The Show 'n Tell Show returns tonight at Lincoln Hall, 2424 N Lincoln Ave., with stories about things by Ezra Claytan Daniels, Nathan Kirkman, Object Design League, Jennifer Farrell of Starshaped Press, and The Curious Cardigans. Doors open at 7pm; show starts at 8pm. Free. 21+

Do Division Street Fest & Sidewalk Sale

The Do Division Street Fest & Sidewalk Sale combines the booking talent of the Empty Bottle and House Call Entertainment with the vending of the Division St. boutiques and eateries from Ashland to Leavitt. Sunday's music includes headliners YACHT and Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit. Other notables include locals Ponys, Scott Lucas & the Married Men, Soft Speaker, REGO, Tim Larson & the Owner Operators, Cameron McGill & What Army and Jon Drake & the Shakes. The fest runs from noon until 10pm. A $5 donation gets you in (and supports local non-profits).

Rock & Roll Cinema: This Is Spinal Tap @ Empty Bottle

Oistrach Symphony Orchestra Summer Quartet

Tonight come see the Oistrach Symphony Orchestra Summer Quartet perform
Haydn Opus 76 Quartet No. 2 in D Minor "Quinten" and Mozart String Quartet No. 15 in D Minor K.421 at the Church of the Three Crosses, 333 W. Wisconsin Street in Lincoln Park. Small Victories: An Unflattering Vanity Project @ Annoyance Theatre

Starting tonight through June 13, the Annoyance Theatre, 4830 N. Broadway presents Small Victories: An Unflattering Vanity Project. This comedic performance directed by Kate Duffy, written and performed by Kristen Studard focuses on the confessional, shedding a hilarious and often harsh light on the lies we tell ourselves. Everyday household objects cry out their inner thoughts, a Hungry Hungry Hippo contemplates the loss of his appetite and a girl scout invokes eugenics in a dog adoption debate. Show starts at 9:30pm. Hubbard Street Dance Chicago Summer Series @ Harris Theater
