An equally illustrious panel of 20 local judges will choose a winner based on presentation, utilization and overall best flavor, but attendees get to sample it all paired with five wines provided by Alysian, Chase Family Cellars, Copain Wines, Elk Cove Vineyards and Red Car Wine. General admission tickets to Cochon 555 are $125 per person with entry at 5:00pm. V.I.P. tickets are $175 with entrance at 3:30pm and a cheese and oyster reception with reserve drinks.
